Lori Greiner

 Lori Greiner was born in Gold Coast, Chicago on 9 December 1969. Greiner is the second child of a real estate developer father and a psychological mother. Her parents divorced at the age of 9 years old.Greiner studied journalism, communications, television and film at Loyola University Chicago. She also worked as designer and playwright, where she sold her own jewellery on the side.Greiner began her career with the creation of a plastic earring organizer with sliding rods that were able to store up to 100 pairs of earrings. The prototype she created was approved by J.C. Penney just before the Christmas season. In the following year, she moved to QVC and in 2000 , she developed a range of innovative products.In 2012, Greiner joined the TV series Shark Tank. Her investment in the company called Scrub Daddy (a company that produces an elongated sponge with a unique texture) was a huge success two years after. In 2014, she had sold more than 2 million items on QVC.Lori Lori
